Introduction
The CIC has designed a variety of integrated courses for boys and girls combining Islamic and secular disciplines. Knows as Wafy and Wafiiya, these courses are currently offered in different modes such as residential, day-school and distance.
1.WAFY (Boys)
Wafy is an eight-year programme in Islamic studies (comprising two-year preparatory, four-year undergraduate and two-year postgraduate courses) coupled with a recognized university degree in a secular discipline. This course is offered in residential mode only and is exclusive for boys.
2. WAFIYYA (Girls)
Wafiyya is a five-year course in Islamic studies (comprising two-year preparatory and three-year undergraduate courses) coupled with a recognized university degree in a secular discipline. This course is offered in residential mode only and is exclusive for girls.
An optional two-year PG programme is also on offer for Wafiyya graduates, which they can complete either in distance or regular mode, subject to conditions.
3.WAFIYYA DAY (Girls)
Wafiyya Day is a five-year course in Islamic studies (comprising two-year preparatory and three-year undergraduate courses) coupled with a recognized university degree in a secular discipline. This course is offered in day-school mode and is exclusive for girls.
Being a day-school version of the residential Wafiyaa course, this programme is designed with slight modification in curriculum and course of study.
4.WAFY ARTS (Boys)
Wafy Arts is a five-year integrated programme comprising a two-year preparatory and a three-year undergraduate university degree in a secular discipline coupled with a preparatory certificate and a degree in Islamic studies offered by the CIC. This course is exclusive for boys and is offered both in residential and day-school modes.
5.WAFIYYA ARTS (Girls)
Wafiyya Arts is a five-year integrated programme comprising a two-year preparatory and three-year undergraduate university degree in a secular discipline coupled with a preparatory certificate and a degree in Islamic studies offered by the CIC. This course is exclusive for girls and is offered both in residential and day-school modes.

Preparatory
The two-year preparatory level comprises two courses: the CIC’s preparatory course (Thamheediyya) in Islamic studies & government’s higher secondary education (11th and 12th Grade). Students are privately enrolled for the higher secondary school certificate, which would qualify them to pursue a government-recognized bachelor’s degree.

Undergraduate
The undergraduate level comprises two courses: the CIC’s undergraduate course in Islamic studies with a bachelor’s degree from a university approved by the Universities Grants Commission (UGC) of the Government of India. Students are enrolled on the bachelor's degree courses as private candidates.

PG programmes are offered on the mode of Choice Based Credit Semester System (CBCSS) which offers the students enhanced learning opportunities, ability to match their scholastic needs and aspirations, improvement in educational quality and excellence, flexibility to complete the programme over an extended period of time etc.
M.Phil
After Wafy and Wafiyya PG, students can pursue a one-year independent research course (MPhil) subject to the CIC’s terms and conditions.
